What happens at renewal?
Unlike many other intermediaries, we will carry out a thorough check at each renewal, to ensure that your covers and premiums remain competitive. We do not believe in tying our clients to long term deals with insurers, unless there are specific circumstances where this is the best option. It is as important to us to retain your business each year as it is to secure your business initially. Therefore we never rest on our laurels and simply assume that your renewal is secure. We will continually offer you the same level of service year after year.

Claims

If you need to make a claim, we will ensure that this is settled as quickly and fairly as possible, by liaison with Insurers and Loss Adjusters - we do not charge for this service. We feel it is our job to ensure that if an incident occurs we assist in any way possible and try to aleviate all the stress and worry that a claim can bring. This is why our 'express claims service' is recognised as one of the best in the industry.

Typically, our service would be as follows:

 

Initial meeting - Risk assessment, Fact Find. Identify potential problem areas. Present risk to insurers. Collate Quotations and prepare Report.

Second Meeting -
Discuss quotations and existing covers and make recommendations on areas where cover could be provided or simplified. Identify areas where cost savings may be made. Suggest appropriate Risk Management / Health and Safety strategy. Agree premium payment terms. Place risk on cover and assist with form completion. Attend Insurer's Survey, where needed, to ensure Risk Improvement measures are acceptable and realistic. Arrange issue of documentation and check for accuracy before releasing to client.

In the event of a Claim -
Liaise with Insurers, Adjusters or Assessors to ensure swift action and avoid unnecessary disruption of business. Negotiate fair settlement and full recovery of Uninsured losses. Assist with completion of Claims forms and attend site if required.

Mid-term -
Amendments - Your dedicated Account Handler will action these quickly and efficiently. Renewals - We will undertake a full re-broking exercise to ensure that covers and premiums remain as competitive as possible. A review of the previous year will be carried out and areas for improvement discussed fully.
